I was thinking that Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure does not adhere to the space time continuum. The film proves itself wrong within  the police station scene.

Ted sets up a tape recorded to lure his dad out of his office. Bill devises the plan and Ted’s only job is to think of what he is going to say on the recording.

TED

But Dude, what will I say?

Bill and Ted sit perplexed.

 

A BEAT

TAPE RECORDER(OC)

                        Dad? Dad? Over here, Dad.

 

TED

                        Woah!

Capt. Logan looks ups from his desk. He stands and walks out of his office.

BILL AND TED

                        EXCELLENT!

 

Bill and Ted Play air guitar.

END

He figures out what he will say on this tape by what he hears on the tape itself. When was that thought created? Bill creates the tape recorder being there by thinking it and proposing the idea but how is what’s on the tape created? Some might say Bill created it but it is obvious that he does not know what to say by his pause. Ted would have to think of the idea in the present so in the future  he can go back to the past and change his now present.

Who cares? I do because a minute later as Bill and Ted are helping the historical figures escape, his father realizes that he has been had. He runs into the holding cell.

CAPT. LOGAN

                        TED! What the hell do you think you’re doing?

Ted Closes his eyes.

TED

                        Remember the trash can, remember the trash can.

 

CAPT. LOGAN

                        Ted, what the hell are you talking about?

 

A trash can reading “Wild Stallions Rule” falls on Capt. Logan’s head.

END

 

Right here when Ted creates the idea then it happens, not the other way around.  After the history report is over they can go back into the past to rectify all the problems. It is in the present though they must figure out what they will change in the past so they can cahnge the future. 

As you can tell I’m bored and have just recently seen Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure. I truly love this film but I hate Wild Stallions. They talk about Judas Priest and Van Halen but when you hear their music it’s all power ballads.FUCK POWER BALLADS, unless you are The Scorpions. Then you're awesome.If they opened up for Iron Maiden like they talked about, they would have been booed  off stage. Even Rob Haltford of Judas Priest would call them Gay. If wild stallions unite the world it means that so many people have killed themselves. The few left better believe in safety among numbers when fighting the animals! And they will have to fight the animals!
